Holistic Support
Welcome to The Sanctuary. We understand that for some, the path to parenthood can be filled with unique challenges.
The Sanctuary was born from a deep understanding of the need for holistic support for families navigating the often-sensitive journey of fertility.
Our mission is to provide a nurturing and inclusive space where you can find comprehensive mental, emotional, and spiritual support throughout your fertility experience.
Education
Through community circles via online and in-person gatherings, we provide education and awareness about navigating male and female factor infertility, birth equity, maternal health, and general health and wellness.
We tackle hard topics with compassion, expertise, and excellence to help you achieve your goals of healthy and whole family expansion.
Advocacy
Sanctuary Birth & Fertility is here to help protect your reproductive rights. Our staff actively monitors legislative activity around the nation to keep you informed of legislation that may affect your reproductive choices. Through collaborative efforts with other non-profit organizations and lawmakers, we provide testimony training and Advocacy 101 to make the democratic process accessible to everyone.
Our team is comprised of compassionate professionals and individuals who understand the complexities of infertility.
At The Sanctuary, you’ll find a range of resources and programs designed to empower you, reduce feelings of isolation, and foster inner strength. We are committed to creating a safe and confidential environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.

“After delivering babies and engaging in maternal health advocacy for over 10 years, I thought once I found love and got married, having babies would be the natural next step for me. When my husband and I experienced a tumultuous infertility and pregnancy journey, we struggled to find the emotional, mental, and spiritual support we needed. We were also undergoing IVF at a time of political uncertainty surrounding reproductive access. After connecting with countless individuals who were also facing barriers to expanding their families, we were inspired to found Sanctuary Birth & Fertility. We named it Sanctuary because we are creating the sanctuary we needed along the way.”
